Buffalo’s Best Kielbasa Contest 2024

Buffalo’s Best Kielbasa Contest is back! Saturday, March 23 at noon at Potts Banquet Hall. Applications are due March 13.

This year we’re looking for the best homemade (non-commercial) kielbasa in the following categories:
– Fresh Traditional
– Holiday Traditional
– Fresh Holiday (w. marjoram)
– Smoked Holiday (w. marjoram)
– Non-Traditional

The event is free and open to all to attend. In addition to the contest there will be live music by Captain Tom & The Hooligans, and Potts will have food and libations available to purchase.

A panel of judges will award a top prize in each category, as well as awards for the 2nd and 3rd place finishers. For a fillable pdf version of the application or if you have any questions, email buffalobestkielbasa@gmail.com
