DESCRIPTION:Buffalo’s Best Kielbasa Contest is back! Saturday\, March 23 at noon at Potts Banquet Hall.  Applications are due March 13. \nThis year we’re looking for the best homemade (non-commercial) kielbasa in the following categories:\n– Fresh Traditional\n– Holiday Traditional\n– Fresh Holiday (w. marjoram)\n– Smoked Holiday (w. marjoram)\n– Non-Traditional \nThe event is free and open to all to attend.  In addition to the contest there will be live music by Captain Tom & The Hooligans\, and Potts will have food and libations available to purchase.  \nA panel of judges will award a top prize in each category\, as well as awards for the 2nd and 3rd place finishers.
